Here are some basic guidelines for all classes offered at Loving Hands Creations.
- We provide all supplies, unless otherwise noted
- There is only room for the class participant for all classes; please refrain from
bringing children, spouses, and other family members. Friends or family that would like to
participate are welcome if there is a space available for them.
- Pre-registration and payment are REQUIRED and non-refundable. You must pay 48
hours before the class date. This is so our teachers can prepare the materials for
the correct number.
- If you are unable to attend a class and give a 24 hour notice, then we will give you
a class credit. (Sorry, no credit will be given for guest instructors). You
will have six (6) months to use your credit. If we cancel, you may choose a refund or a
credit.
- It
is your responsibility to know when you've signed up for a class, so mark your calendar.
If time allows, we will give you a reminder call. If you
miss the class, you can pick up your class kit.
- Please be respectful of class times since we have some classes back to back. A 30 minute
extension will be allowed at no charge. However, if you choose to stay longer, there will
be a $2.50 per hour charge. This will be considered a stamp crop.
- The evening of class, you will receive a 10% discount on all store products.
Although we generally provide all materials needed for a class, you
will need to put together a few basic tools to bring with you to ALL classes. Your
class kit should include the basics that you'd use in most of your projects. The bold
items below are items that you need to bring to each class. We do have scissors, but have
found that they are not as sharp as your personal ones would be. This kit is
required for all stamp and scrapbooking classes. If you forget your kit, one can be
rented.
- Good sharp pair of scissors
- Craft knife and self healing mat
- Scoring tool
- Ruler with a metal edge
- Your favorite adhesive (red tape recommended, as it is used for many projects and
will no longer be provided)
- Glue Stick
- Black ink pad
- Special pens
- Paper cutter
- Un-du or similar product
